Behind the brand

SJA Designs

I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences that inspire and connect. With a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, alongside experience as a part-time kitchen designer, I have a solid foundation in tailoring spaces to meet individual needs.

My design journey began with a technical focus, working for furniture manufacturers and design-build companies where I produced detailed shop drawings and technical plans for interior fit-outs. This hands-on experience gave me deep knowledge of bespoke joinery, manufacturing processes, and materials, while developing project autonomy and coordination skills.

Eventually, I joined a company where I could combine both interior and technical design skills, managing projects from concept through to completion and designing bespoke furniture, fixtures, and equipment to buildable standards.

With this diverse experience, I am now dedicated to offering clients a personalised approach that makes their spaces unique and affordable. My expertise bridges the gap between interior design and architecture, ensuring seamless project delivery from the drawing board to reality.

I'm Shaniece Allen, Your Interior Architectural Designer and I'm looking forward to getting started on your project.
